These Terms of Use (these "Terms") govern the use of the id Clinic 명동점 website (the "Branch Site") operated by 아이디의원 명동점 (the "Clinic").
Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Clinic and users in connection with the services provided by the Clinic through the Branch Site, including the provision of treatment information, receipt of online reservation requests, consultation requests, and reservation inquiries (collectively, the "Services").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Branch Site" means the dedicated 명동점 website area that the Clinic establishes and operates within the integrated id Clinic brand website (the "Hub Site").
- "User" means any person who uses the Services in accordance with these Terms. The Services may be used without any separate membership registration.
- "Identity Verification" means the process of confirming that a user is who they claim to be, by means of mobile phone text message (SMS) verification or an email verification code (OTP), when submitting a reservation request or checking a reservation.
- "Reservation" means a user's request, made through the Services, for a care or treatment appointment with the Clinic by specifying the treatment item and preferred date and time, and the confirmation of that request by the Clinic.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
- The Clinic posts these Terms on the Branch Site so that users can easily access them.
- The Clinic may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws; in the event of an amendment, the Clinic will give notice, specifying the effective date and the reasons for the amendment, at least 7 days before the effective date. If the amendment is unfavorable to users, notice will be given at least 30 days before the effective date.
- If a user continues to use the Services after the effective date of the amended Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Multilingual Service and Language of the Terms)
Where these Terms are posted in multiple languages, the Korean version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the translations.
Chapter 2. Use of the Services
Article 5 (Content of the Services)
- The Clinic provides the following Services:
- Provision of information on the Clinic's treatments, events and promotions, before-and-after photographs, and blog posts and notices
- Receipt of online reservation requests
- Receipt of online consultation requests and guidance on messenger consultation channels
- Viewing, changing, and canceling reservations through Identity Verification
- The content of the Services and the composition and pricing of treatment products may be changed following prior notice.
Article 6 (Eligibility to Use the Services)
Reservation requests may be made by persons aged 18 or older. For minors under the age of 18, a reservation must be made by a legal guardian (such as a parent), and the legal guardian's consent may be required under applicable laws at the time of the visit and treatment.
Article 7 (Service Hours and Suspension)
- In principle, the Services are available 24 hours a day, year-round; however, they may be temporarily suspended for operational reasons such as system maintenance, and prior notice will be given where possible. Responses to reservations and consultations are provided during the Clinic's hours of operation.
- In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, the Services may be suspended without prior notice.
Chapter 3. Reservations and Consultations
Article 8 (Reservation Requests and Formation)
- A user requests a Reservation by selecting a treatment item (product) within the Services, entering the required information — including the preferred date and time, whether the visit is a first visit or a return visit, name, and contact details — and completing the Identity Verification process.
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information when requesting a Reservation. Any Reservation made with false information may be canceled.
- A Reservation becomes confirmed only when, after receipt of the reservation request, the Clinic confirms it (including confirmation by telephone, text message, messenger, or other means).
- Payment of treatment fees is not made through the Services but is made at the Clinic at the time of the visit. Prices displayed in the Services are estimates provided for guidance only, and actual fees may vary depending on the outcome of the medical consultation.
- A user who wishes to receive treatment under sedation may indicate this at the time of Reservation; whether sedation is actually administered is determined by the medical staff.
- Users must bring a form of identification (a passport, in the case of foreign nationals) for identity verification at the time of the visit.
Article 9 (Changes, Cancellations, and No-Shows)
- Users may change or cancel a Reservation through the reservation inquiry screen (My Page) or by contacting the Clinic (TODO(지점 전화)).
- A Reservation may be canceled without penalty up to 24시간 before the reserved date and time. For cancellations after that point, or for failure to attend without notice (no-show), future reservations may be restricted in accordance with the Clinic's operating policy.
- If the Clinic is unable to honor a Reservation due to its own circumstances (such as the absence of medical staff or closure), it will notify the user without delay and provide guidance on necessary measures, such as rescheduling.
Article 10 (Consultations)
- A user may request a consultation by entering their name, contact details (telephone number or email), and the content of their inquiry in the consultation request form within the Services, and will receive a response to the submitted consultation by telephone, text message, email, or other means.
- The Services may provide guidance on external messenger consultation channels such as KakaoTalk, LINE, WhatsApp, and WeChat. Use of external messengers is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of the relevant messenger operators.
- Guidance provided through consultations constitutes general information only and does not substitute for a diagnosis or prescription by a medical professional.
Chapter 4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

- Users must provide their own accurate information when requesting a reservation or consultation and must not misappropriate another person's information.
- Users must comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and notices posted within the Services.
