These Terms of Use (these "Terms") govern the use of the id Clinic integrated website (the "Hub Site") operated by (주)아이디네트웍스 (the "Company").
Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, as well as the procedures and conditions of use, in connection with the services provided by the Company through the Hub Site, including the provision of treatment information, receipt of online reservation requests, consultation requests, and reservation inquiries (collectively, the "Services").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Hub Site" means the integrated id Clinic brand website operated by the Company, which provides consolidated treatment information for each Branch and receives reservation and consultation requests.
- "Branch" means each medical institution providing care services under the id Clinic brand (including the Gangnam, Sinsa, Hongdae, Myeongdong, Nowon, Eunpyeong, Wirye, Bucheon, Dongtan, and Bundang branches). Each Branch is a separate medical institution that is independently established and operated.
- "User" means any person who uses the Services in accordance with these Terms. The Services may be used without any separate membership registration.
- "Identity Verification" means the process of confirming that a user is who they claim to be, by means of mobile phone text message (SMS) verification or an email verification code (OTP), when submitting a reservation request or checking a reservation.
- "Reservation" means a user's request, made through the Services, for a care or treatment appointment by specifying the treatment item, preferred Branch, and preferred date and time, and the confirmation of that request by the relevant Branch.
- "Consultation" means the submission of an inquiry regarding treatments or related matters by a user through the consultation request form within the Services or through a designated messenger channel.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
- The Company posts these Terms on the Hub Site so that users can easily access them.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
- When the Company amends these Terms, it will announce the amendment on the Hub Site, specifying the effective date and the reasons for the amendment, at least 7 days before the effective date. However, if the amendment is unfavorable to users, the announcement will be made at least 30 days before the effective date.
- If a user continues to use the Services after the effective date of the amended Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Services.
- Matters not provided for in these Terms and questions of interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws or customary commercial practice.
Article 4 (Multilingual Service and Language of the Terms)
- The Services may be provided in multiple languages in addition to Korean, and these Terms may likewise be posted in multiple languages.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions of these Terms, the Korean version shall prevail.
Chapter 2. Use of the Services
Article 5 (Content of the Services)
- The Company provides the following Services:
- Provision of information on each Branch's treatments, events and promotions, before-and-after photographs, and blog posts and notices
- Receipt of online reservation requests and forwarding of such requests to the relevant Branch
- Receipt of online consultation requests and guidance on messenger consultation channels
- Viewing, changing, and canceling reservations through Identity Verification
- Any other services determined by the Company
- The Company may change the content of the Services and will give prior notice of any material changes.
- Information posted within the Services, including the composition and pricing of treatment products, may vary by Branch and by language, and may be changed following prior notice.
Article 6 (Role of the Hub Site and Care Contracts)
- The Hub Site serves as a gateway that consolidates and provides information on each Branch and receives reservation and consultation requests for forwarding to the relevant Branch.
- Any contract for medical care or treatment is formed between the user and the relevant Branch (medical institution), and responsibility for the medical care or treatment performed, and for its outcomes, rests with the relevant medical institution and its medical professionals.
- Reservation request information may be provided to the Branch selected by the user and to affiliated entities for the purpose of confirming and communicating the reservation; further details are governed by the Privacy Policy and the user's consent to the provision of personal information to third parties.
Article 7 (Eligibility to Use the Services)
- Reservation requests may be made by persons aged 18 or older. For minors under the age of 18, a reservation must be made by a legal guardian (such as a parent), and the legal guardian's consent may be required under applicable laws at the time of the visit and treatment.
- The Company may restrict use of the Services where there are facility-related or technical grounds relating to the provision of the Services, or grounds under applicable laws.
Article 8 (Service Hours and Suspension)
- In principle, the Services are available 24 hours a day, year-round. However, all or part of the Services may be temporarily suspended due to scheduled system maintenance, system expansion or replacement, communication failures, or other reasonable operational grounds, and the Company will give prior notice where possible.
- In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or national emergencies, the Company may suspend the Services without prior notice.
Chapter 3. Reservations and Consultations
Article 9 (Reservation Requests and Formation)
- A user requests a Reservation by selecting a treatment item (product) within the Services, entering the required information — including the preferred Branch and date and time, whether the visit is a first visit or a return visit, name, and contact details — and completing the Identity Verification process.
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information when requesting a Reservation. The Company assumes no responsibility for any disadvantage arising from the entry of false information, and any Reservation made with false information may be canceled.
- A Reservation becomes confirmed only when, after receipt of the reservation request, the relevant Branch confirms it (including confirmation by telephone, text message, messenger, or other means). Mere receipt of a reservation request does not constitute a confirmed Reservation.
- Selecting a treatment product and requesting a Reservation through the Services constitutes only a request for a treatment appointment; payment of treatment fees is not made through the Services but is made at the relevant Branch at the time of the visit. Prices displayed in the Services are estimates provided for guidance only, and actual fees may vary depending on the outcome of the medical consultation.
- A user who wishes to receive treatment under sedation may indicate this at the time of Reservation; whether sedation is actually administered is determined by the medical staff.
Article 10 (Changes, Cancellations, and No-Shows)
- Users may change or cancel a Reservation through the reservation inquiry screen (My Page) or by contacting the relevant Branch.
- A Reservation may be canceled without penalty up to 24시간 before the reserved date and time. For cancellations after that point, or for failure to attend without notice (no-show), future reservations may be restricted in accordance with the operating policy of the relevant Branch.
- If a Branch is unable to honor a Reservation due to its own circumstances (such as the absence of medical staff or closure), the Branch or the Company will notify the user without delay and provide guidance on necessary measures, such as rescheduling.
Article 11 (Consultations)
- A user may request a Consultation by entering their name, contact details (telephone number or email), and the content of their inquiry in the consultation request form within the Services, and will receive a response to the submitted Consultation by telephone, text message, email, or other means.
- The Services may provide guidance on external messenger consultation channels such as KakaoTalk, LINE, WhatsApp, and WeChat. Use of external messengers is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of the relevant messenger operators, and the Company assumes no responsibility for failures of, or policies governing, the external messenger services themselves.
- Guidance provided through Consultations constitutes general information only and does not substitute for a diagnosis or prescription by a medical professional.
Chapter 4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Article 12 (User Obligations)
- Users must provide their own accurate information when requesting a Reservation or Consultation and must not misappropriate another person's information.
- Users must comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and notices posted within the Services.
Article 13 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in any of the following conduct; in the event of a violation, the Company may restrict use of the Services and take measures in accordance with applicable laws:
- Requesting a Reservation or Consultation using false information or another person's information
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Services (including mass access or mass reservations using automated means, and unauthorized access to or attempted intrusion into the system)
- Reproducing, distributing, or transmitting content posted on the Services, or using it for commercial purposes, without the Company's prior written consent
- Defaming the Company, any Branch, medical staff, or any third party, or infringing intellectual property rights or other rights
- Using the Services for purposes contrary to law or public order and morals
Article 14 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights in content posted on the Services (including text, images, before-and-after photographs, videos, logos, and designs) belong to the Company or the lawful rights holder.
- Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or broadcast content from the Services, or otherwise use it for profit, without the Company's prior written consent.
Chapter 5. Notice Regarding Medical Information
Article 15 (Medical Information Disclaimer)
- Content posted on the Services, including treatment information, before-and-after photographs, and blog posts, is intended for general informational purposes only and does not substitute for a diagnosis, advice, or treatment by a medical professional. For individual medical consultation, please visit a medical institution and consult with its medical staff.
- The effects and outcomes of treatments may vary from person to person, and neither the Company nor any Branch guarantees any particular treatment outcome. Treatments may involve side effects, so users should consult thoroughly with medical staff before undergoing any treatment.
- Before-and-after photographs are posted with the consent of the patients concerned and do not constitute a guarantee of identical results.
- Content within the Services that constitutes medical advertising is posted after undergoing the review procedures required by applicable laws.

- In accordance with Article 6, responsibility for medical care and treatment, and for their outcomes, rests with the relevant medical institution and its medical professionals, and the Company does not assume liability on behalf of any medical institution. This provision is not, however, intended to exempt the Company from any liability it bears under applicable laws.

Article 19 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
